Red Bull Showrun DC Fan Fest!
We wanted to remind you that this weekend will be amazing because of the Red Bull Showrun Fan Fest happening at Union Market on Friday and Saturday, April 19th & 20th. The Red Bull Showrun DC has a fantastic weekend planned for everyone, starting with the Fan Fest on Friday and then a packed day of motorsports action on Saturday. See you there—it's going to be so much fun!

Ledger Penthouse Rules.
Cleanliness Standards: Please ensure that the roof, grill area, and bathroom are left in as good or better condition as you found them.
Furniture Arrangement: Return any furniture to its original placement after use.
Reporting Damage: Promptly report any damages to the concierge on the first floor.
Refrigerator Use: Do not leave any items in the refrigerator overnight.
Door Security: Keep the door shut when the roof is unoccupied to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
Rules for Hosting Gatherings on the Roof:
Notification Protocol: Residents planning gatherings of 10 or more attendees must formally notify management at the front desk at least 48 hours in advance or by Thursday at 5:00 pm for weekend events.
Guest List Submission: The host must submit a guest list to management 24 hours before the event for security purposes.
Admittance Protocol: Door staff will monitor guest entry and only allow those on the host's submitted guest list. Unlisted guests must be accompanied by the host.
Access for Other Residents: Residents not invited to the gathering are still permitted access to the roof during the event.
Post-Event Cleanup: The host is responsible for immediate cleanup after the event, including trash removal, furniture arrangement, and cleaning of shared amenities. The host will be charged a cleanup fee of $[TBD] plus repair costs for any damages incurred during the event.
