Menina Painting Class!🖌️🎨

Unleash your creativity with us! Participate in this original painting class, inspired on the very famous Diego Velazquez Painting “Las Meninas”. Whether flying solo or bringing along a companion, there’s no need for prior experience. All the materials are provided for this two-hour escapade. Perfect for the whole family. Did you know the word “Menina” means “lady-in-waiting” or “Maid of Honour”, i.e. a girl who serves in a royal court? There is a lot of detail in the painting, and more has been written about it than about almost any other Western painting because it is quite complicated. For example: people do not always agree about who is looking at whom and why they are standing there. Las Meninas shows a large room in the Madrid palace of King Phillip IV of Spain. Several people are in the painting, and we know who they are. Some are looking at one another and others are looking out from the painting at the viewer (the person who is looking at the painting)👀

Pizza Party Cooking Class!🍕✨

In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making a classic pizza from scratch. If you love tomatoes and mozzarella this is the pie for you! You will begin by learning a bit of pizza history including its early beginnings, regional pizza variations, and how it has transformed into the styles of pizza we know today! Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make dough from scratch, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques, and how to achieve that perfect pie crust.

New renovations to the amenity spaces will be starting next week! That's right, NEXT WEEK! With the new season being here, it's time for a fresh start. Be on the lookout for postings around the building to highlight which areas will be first and the time/dates. I hope you all are just as excited as we are!
